I located a pre-owned Prius on one of those winter mornings we hate to drive in. The silver 2011 was still covered in overnight snow. I brushed it off and proceeded to give it a quick once-around before heading on to work, mulling it over some more and maybe stopping in later. Dean Wasson saw my attempted snow removal efforts and came to the rescue. To make a long story shorter, he brought it inside for a better look, and before I knew it we were taking it out on a test drive. We returned to the warm bay to discuss the details. It was too good to pass on.Dean offered to have the car ready in a day, pending financing, and offered to install seat heaters to close the deal. Throughout the process I was treated like a friend, and with respect, by Dean and the rest of the Lebrun Toyota staff. Incidentally, a great service department experience with one of my other Priuses led me to shop for another one at LeBruns. Our family now owns three hybrids, with over 400k combined miles. Just well-built cars!Overall, I would rate my experience a 10 out of 10, and will certainly give Dean my business in the future.

Went to look at a used car. Tyler was salesperson I met with. Really super service. He was not pushy, made sure all my questions were answered and offered to contact previous owner if I wanted him to. That's huge. We have not decided as yet but cannot say enough about this young man's great knowledge and willingness to offer awesome service.
A special thanks to Austin Keegan for finding the perfect Tacoma for my needs and to Nicholas Easton for crafting a lease that fit in my budget. After failed attempts at two local dealerships to return my 2016 Tacoma lease and lease a new Tacoma I contacted LeBrun Toyota. Austin took my call and listened to my story. I gave him what I was looking for in a truck and the parameters for my down payment and monthly payment budget. He recognized that in order to earn my business, he was going to have to work hard - but that did not stop him from taking on the task. Over the next few days Austin and I were in constant contact as he tried to find the right truck and the right deal to earn my business. At one point I was considering retiring my leased 2016 Tacoma and leasing a Chevy Colorado. I shared the terms of the Colorado lease and Austin and Nicholas got to work to create a deal on a 2019 Toyota Tacoma that I simply could not refuse. All of this without ever going to the delearship. The first time I met Austin and Nicholas was days later when my new 2019 Tacoma arrived at LeBrun. Austin and Nicholas went way beyond the extra mile to earn my business. I was a demanding potential customer and they could have easily let me move onto the next dealership or purchase a competitor brand. Instead, they put in the work and now they have a loyal customer who will return to LeBrun for his future needs. Austin has also been there for me after delivery.
